Inclusion represents expert recommendations on how to make the workplace more inviting, engaging, and belonging for diverse talent, including the development of employee resource groups and multi-cultural diversity councils, to name a few.

Accessibility includes working with clients to create a sense of belonging and comply with statutes and regulations such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines , Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and ADA.
