This Privacy Policy and Notice at Collection (“Policy”) is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of our online and offline practices regarding our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information, including (i) our sources of personal information, (ii) what personal information we collect, (iii) why we collect this information, (iv) the ways in which that information may be used (including any disclosure of such information), and (v) your rights regarding your personal information. Scope of Policy
Personal information consists of information which may directly or indirectly identify you (“Personal Information”). This Policy applies to our collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information. Certain types of information may be deemed Sensitive Personal Information under applicable law and treated accordingly.
This Policy applies to Personal Information we collect about you online and offline (including through our websites, over the phone or in person) and applies to information we collect regarding services that you are providing to us and/or services we are providing to you. This Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, or publicly available information or de-identified information or aggregate consumer information.

Our purposes for collecting and using your Personal Information include (i) matching job seekers with employment opportunities, (ii) providing services to our clients (which may include temporary staffing services, recruitment services, payrolling services, background check services, group health insurance brokerage services, consulting services, commodities reseller services, and software services), (iii) receiving services from third parties, (iv) operating our websites, (v) marketing, (vi) internal operations, (vii) fulfilling legal obligations and seeking legal/professional advice, (viii) security and fraud prevention, (ix) business transfers or financing, and (x) to otherwise fulfill the purpose(s) for which such information is provided. We collect statistical information in aggregate regarding the utilization of our websites. Such information is used to provide enhanced support and service offerings. We do not associate aggregate statistical information with Personal Information. We do not seek to determine the usage patterns of individuals within our websites through third parties or otherwise. We do not use Personal Information for automated processing or decision-making in furtherance of decisions concerning the provision of services, employment opportunities or similarly significant legal effects (“Profiling”). We do not collect Sensitive Personal Information for the purposes of inferring characteristics about a consumer.
Sources of Personal Information
We collect Personal Information from a variety of sources, including:

For example, you may provide us with information as part of your application for employment with us, to receive employment benefits from us, to request or receive our employment placement services, by submitting online forms or creating accounts throughout websites, or upon visiting our premises.
- From our websites and Information Technology Systems. For example, we receive information from cookies and tracking tools through the websites we maintain, and through emails and other internal communication and file-saving systems on our information technology systems. - From third parties. For example, we may receive information from background check companies and other service providers, personal or professional references, social media, or from our business partners and clients in conjunction with the services we provide or receive.
Your Personal Information
The following table reflects the types of information we collect or have collected over the past twelve (12) months, the business purpose for which such information was collected and categories of third parties to whom such information may have been disclosed during that timeframe. Certain information collected from our websites, such as IP addresses (categorized as Internet/Network Activity below) may have been shared with certain Vendors to advertise our own services on third party platforms (i.e. cross-contextual advertising services). Your Internet/Network Activity may also have been provided to certain Vendors (i.e. data analytics providers), who may compile this information for our internal operations purposes. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
California Residents
Individuals located in California have the following privacy-related rights:

- Request access to information about what Personal Information we collect, use, disclose and sell, including categories of Personal Information we have collected from them in the preceding twelve (12) months, the categories of sources of such information, the purposes for which we collect their Personal Information, the categories of third parties with whom we have shared their Personal Information, and the categories of Personal Information that we have disclosed about them for a business purpose.
- Request deletion of their Personal Information.
- Opt-out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information.
- Correct inaccurate Personal Information.
- Limit the use or disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information. Since we do not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for purposes other than that which is reasonably necessary to perform the services for which such information is provided (or as otherwise permitted by law), this right is not applicable to our practices.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Personal Information does not include (i) publicly available information from government records, (ii) information we reasonably believe is lawfully made available to the general public, by widely distributed media or by an individual, (iii) de-identified or aggregated information, or (iv) information excluded from CCPA’s scope, such as:
- Health or medical information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA), clinical trial data, or other qualifying research data;
- Personal Information covered by certain sector-specific privacy laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or California Financial Information Privacy Act (FIPA), and the Driver's Privacy Protection Act of 1994.
Other Jurisdictions
Under the laws of some jurisdictions you may have certain rights, such as the right to request additional information about the Personal Information we collect, request access to the Personal Information we process, correct an error or omission, delete Personal Information, or object or limit further processing, including Profiling. Children's Privacy
This Site is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect, sell or share the Personal Information from children under the age of 16. Our Data Privacy Officer will independently investigate appeals regarding a claim of the denial of any privacy rights afforded to you by state law and shall inform you of any action taken or not taken in response to your appeal within sixty (60) days, including a written explanation of the reasons for this decision. If your appeal is denied, the Data Privacy Officer will provide you with information on how to contact your state’s Attorney General or such other party as may be required by law.
